Start your custom jewelry order by placing a $500 deposit through our website. This deposit secures your spot and covers the design consultation. It will be applied to your total project cost.

After your deposit is placed, you'll fill out our custom design form with your inspiration, preferences, and target budget.

Once we receive your form, we’ll contact you to finalize your design and provide a detailed quote based on your budget and materials. We'll make sure everything aligns before moving forward.

When you approve the final design and quote, we’ll request a 50% production deposit (minus your initial $500) to begin crafting your piece.

Your custom piece enters production! Our skilled jewelers will bring your design to life over the next 2–4 weeks, depending on complexity and material availability.

Once your jewelry is complete, we’ll send your final invoice. After the balance is paid in full, your piece will be carefully packaged and shipped or made available for pickup.
